               (Designated Substances -- Asbesots)

  Note: Regulation 837 has not been amended in 1994.  For prior 
        amendments, see the Table of Regulations in the Statutes 
        of Ontario, 1993 

1.  Clauses 4 (1) (a) and (b) of Regulation 837 of the Revised 
Statutes of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following 
substituted:

    (a) in the case of amosite, 0.1 fibres per cubic centimetre 
        of air;

    (b) in the case of crocidolite, 0.1 fibres per cubic 
        centimetre of air; and

2.  This Regulation comes into force on October 31, 1994.
