Employers have a legal obligation to provide a safe workplace for employees and to ensure they are free from acts of workplace violence – whether they are physical, verbal, or psychological.
Workplace violence can be inflicted by an abusive employee, a manager, supervisor, co-worker, customer, family member, or even a stranger with no direct relationship to the workplace. Regardless of what or who is causing it, workplace violence is unacceptable and must not be tolerated.
Share these informative handouts with prevention tips and guidance for employers to ensure that neither fear nor ham is a part of anybody’s workday.
These 5-page accordion-fold handouts are printed double-sided, with English on one side and French on the other. Note that a minimum order of 10 handouts is required.
