As of December 2009, the Ontario Legislature passed amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) to help protect workers against workplace violence and harassment. The legislation will come into effect June 15, 2010. Note: Many other Canadian jurisdictions already have violence prevention legislation.
Join Webinar presenter Jessie Callaghan as she explores the ideas, implications and applications regarding this Ontario Bill and how your workplace policies and procedures will be affected—helping you construct a roadmap to violence and harassment prevention so that you can apply it to your work environment.
