Product Description
Sometimes the first aid advice given can seem inconsistent and confusing for people to apply in the workplace. Join us to examine some real first aid advice given on current MSDSs and find out if today’s science supports the recommendations. The First Aid Measures section on a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) provides recommendations on how to minimize the effects of an accidental exposure to a chemical product - which all organizations that use chemical products need to know.
Webinar presenter Jessie Callaghan is a Senior Technical Specialist with CCOHS, where she has been employed as a scientist, researcher and writer for over 20 years. Jessie’s primary focus is on chemical hazard assessments, material safety data sheets, and GHS and WHMIS classification issues.
