We have seen some changes between 2020 and 2022.

• Average age of employees: 48 in 2020 vs. 45 in 2022.
• Average years of service: 13 in 2020 vs. 9 in 2022.
• Technical staff: 43.5% in 2020 vs. 44.1% in 2022
• Administrative staff: 20% in 2020 vs. 19.8% in 2022
• Information technology staff: 23.5% in 2020 vs. 21.6% in 2022
• Communications staff: 13% in 2020 vs. 14.5% in 2022

Four generations: baby boomers, generation X, millenials, generation Z

The highest represented group is women at 72.1% of the workforce, followed by visible minorities at 26.9%.
