CISILO Database on the World Wide Web

CCOHS has now releasedthe CISILO database on its growing CCINFOweb internet service.Created by the International Labour Offices International OccupationalSafety and Health Information Centre (CIS) in Geneva, CISILOcovers the occupational health and safety literature publishedin its member countries around the world, whatever the formatand the language. The database includes references to:

 The CCINFOweb collection of bibliographicdatabases now includes NIOSHTIC7 from the US National Institutefor Occupational Safety and Health, HSELINE from the HSE InformationService (UK), and CISILO. This comprehensive collectionprovides both the researcher and the field specialist with convenientaccess to the world=s key occupational health and safety literature,all from one convenient source. Users can quickly and easily searchjust one or all of the databasesCover 400,000 records simultaneouslyCsavingtime, effort and money. CCOHS Web Site visitors are invited tosearch the collection, view the document titles, and see for themselvesthe breadth of valuable information offered. Access to the completereferences is available by subscription.

The OSH Reference collectionincluding all three databases is priced at only $595 for an annualsubscription. Until April 15, 1999 the introductory price is$495. Annual subscriptions to the individual database arealso available for $300. (Outside Canada prices are in US funds).
