HAMILTON, ON (December 4, 2008) –The Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) has developed an on-demand webinar series, Learning by Committee; to help both new and established health and safety committees operate and function more effectively.

Designed to enrich health and safety committee meetings, each 35-minute session can be used as an educational tool for committees to help inform and inspire members into action. Each webinar is recorded, allowing members the option to pause the presentation to review key information, or to discuss concepts as they apply to their organization while watching the webinar.

Registrants will receive unlimited 30-day access to view the presentation, plus a downloadable toolkit with presentation slide handouts, sample templates, and forms that organizations can customize to suit committees needs.

CCOHS has launched two webinars in the series, Learning by Committee: Effective Committees and Learning by Committee: Workplace Hazards with additional titles to be released soon.
