Photocopies and PDF : $10 minimum charge up to 20 pages and $0.25 per page over 20 pages.

Microfiche: (Duplicate) Non-NTIS $10 per document

Photocopies and microfiche can be photocopied and mailed, or an electronic (PDF) copy can be forwarded by email.
