About the Role

  • Reporting to the Outreach Program Manager, you’ll research and coordinate event logistics and travel needs for staff participating in events under the Conference Program and Speakers Bureau. You will also exhibit at these events and trade shows to promote CCOHS products and services as required.
  • Leveraging your communications experience, you’ll administer the Membership Program to meet established targets by providing customer sales support and contacting new and existing clients to increase retention. You have strong organizational skills, and will process translation requests across the organization, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • You’ll provide administrative support and reporting to measure the performance of the Communications team, so your love for teamwork and collaboration will be a definite asset.

What You Have

  • Post-secondary education with two years related experience in marketing, coordination or event management, secondary school completion with four years related experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Sound knowledge of and experience in event management.
  • Sound knowledge of, and intermediate skills in, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and client management software (Acumatica).
  • Ability to communicate in both official languages.

Salary

Within the range of

$66,634 to $83,289 (CCOHS-07) per annum.

Full-time, permanent, unionized position
