Two-spirit, trans, and non-binary workers in Canada report high rates of workplace discrimination, with many leaving jobs where they didn't feel accepted. A workplace that is inclusive of 2SLGBTQI+ workers benefits everyone – helping people feel safe, respected, and able to fully participate at work.
