Product Description

Workplace bullying usually involves repeated incidents or a pattern of behaviour that intimidates, offends, degrades or humiliates a person or group of people. It has also been described as the assertion of power through aggression.

Bullying does more than hurt someone's feelings. It’s becoming increasingly recognized as a serious workplace problem that can cause undue stress, anxiety, and low morale among workers.

Reinforce the message that bullying is not part of the job by displaying this poster at your workplace. Remind your workers of the types of behaviours that should be reported to a designated authority in your workplace, supervisor, union representative, or someone who can help.

For more information on workplace bullying, visit our Key Topic page.

This poster is printed double-sided, with English on one side and French on the other.
