Product Description

Mental health is recognized as an integral part of a healthy workplace. Supportive workplaces promote the total health and well-being of their employees and offer protection from psychological harm. This 1.5 day workshop will equip your champion/leader with the framework, tools and resources they need to create and implement a comprehensive healthy workplace program.

This workshop will help you:

  • establish an action plan for a mentally healthy workplace and develop a program with sound procedures
  • address all types of hazards including physical and psychosocial so you can build a comprehensive program for effective results.

February 7th
The first half-day workshop will provide participants with an in-depth understanding of mental health, mental wellness and mental illness. The focus is on mental health at work, along with depression and anxiety. Participants, through awareness building and responding skills, will learn how to have a better understanding of mental health overall and to recognize when and how to respond supportively in the workplace.
